Pure Mutt is a multi-genre music artist born and raised in the heart of New Orleans.

Pure Mutt has produced and performed under a wealth of aliases, pseudonymns, and projects spanning a 15 year career. 

His latest rap project, Jony Wrek was an exploration into the depths of American machismo and lover-boy antics. The project was cut short due to Jony Wrek’s figurative decapitation by the more rebellious and outspoken Pure Mutt (this decapitation is depicted in the artwork by Bryson Boutte available on Pure Mutt’s social media).

Aside from his solo works and collaborative releases with The Castaways, Einmal and others, Pure Mutt is now the frontman of the New Orleans punk rock band Trigger Therapy.
